Welcome to the new homepage for SMART’s Roofing and Building Enclosure Council.   Since 1888, we have served the industry as the original architectural metal trade.  Through our International Training Institute, we have enhanced our early expertise by regularly developing curriculum to meet the changing needs of the industry.
